Does anyone know why my data would not work in the Isle of Man phone is set for roam and worked fine in Spain last month ?

Specifically on p19 & p20, you will see that IoM is not treated as part of the EU and there is a charge associated with all use for calls/data (but not for texts oddly enough!).

You will need an add-on to pay for it.
