How to activate bonus sim for use in Rabbit R1. I followed the steps but sim still not active 4hrs

KevinFo_2614495 Following on from what JJP2RidesAgain says here.
If you want to activate a second sim (using the bonus sim you received) then if you don't start a new account with new email, the only way is to start a group and add the second sim as a 'nickname' account.
I did that but did not receive a sms or confirmation email
KevinFo_2614495 Look at your account details and it will show all sims in your group.
If it did not work for some reason, you need a web chat with Support Team so that they can look at your account.
What steps did you follow ?
Did you set up another account with Smarty using another email address ? Its one smarty account per email address
Are you sure the Rabbit R1 is working ? Have you tried it with wifi ?
You are trying to activate the SIM within the UK and not overseas ?
