Hawkwind Did you check Network Coverage for your area and also Network Status currently?

Hi, yes I did, chat also said there are no issues in my area.

The switch has started today anyway so there's nothing left for me to try now.

    Hawkwind Have just seen other posts that suggest there was a nationwide problem today. (My daughter also reported having no signal on Smarty for a while).
