Hello @Naveed2221027 . Sorry to hear that you have a problem.
Firstly, have you activated a sim and does it show as 'active' on your account page?
Have you just transferred a number from another network?
If you can give a bit more information on here, then sometimes a member is able to suggest a way to sort it.
