I’m having the same issue - I can make calls and send texts but I can’t receive them. It started on the same day you posted 17/02. Haven’t gotten anywhere with Smarty… did you get a fix?

Have you transferred your number over from another service provider to SMARTY ToniGow_1862042?You might want to use the web chat and get an agent to check your SMARTY account - the agents work between 8am - 8pm daily.

Yes I have transferred number over with puc code, they said its done. I can make calls and use Internet, but can't receive an6 calls or texts
They are checking account but so annoying need the phone for work!!!
