Hi all, i am new with smarty. I have recently bought a new dual sim phone and a smarty sim as my usual mobile reception has got so bad that I could not due online banking anymore as I never received the OTPs in time. However, I have installed the sim, have even two bars inside, nevr seen before, can make calls but cannot send an sms. I have send myself an sms from giffgaff in another phone, that worked, I also send successfully an sms from giffgaff in this smarty phone. But I cannot send or reply to a received sms via smarty. The message is "This service is not available/installed". I would not know how to install it or where, I have searched through all the settings I could think of.
