Does anyone have any further advice for me? I have bought the EU data add-on. I have 31 GB data left in my monthly plan. In settings I have changed the mobile APN as suggested in other chats to mob.asn.net. Everyone I’m with has reception so it’s not a reception issue this is a Smarty issue.

If you really have set the APN to mob.asn.net, that's the problem - the correct value is mob.asm.net.

@Katrina_1423832 The EU data add on - do you mean the EU Data Roaming Pass for 1 or 3 days or an out of plan add on?
The first one only works when you have reached the 12Gb data EU Roaming limit. The second one won't work if you have the APN incorrectly set, as @SmartyTrousers says.
