Data & phone not syncing

My phone says that I've used up all my data but my smarty account says I've used 10 of 40gb...help!

@Rebekah_1333920 Your account is likely to be the accurate one.

If your data is still working, then your phone is incorrect. Is that maybe data used since you last served it?
