You'll need to contact the support team using web chat from https://smarty.co.uk/contact/ - the agents work 8am - 8pm daily.

It's down to a web chat with Support Team as there is no ponhe help line. That is one way that a network keeps the prices down.
If you have a problem with instructions , you could try explaining here and perhaps someone can help you.

i orderd a £8 sim i couldnt activate it so contacted you and you sent me 2 more and charged me £24 i only want 1 sim but still cant active it

@PeterRot_704397 You certainly did not contact me - I do not work for Smarty but simply volunteer to try and offer help on the forum.
If you have this problem, you need to web chat with Smarty Support team and carefully explain with a time line.

Its ok ive canciled them im still using my origanal Smarty sim but i have another phone which i was going to use

Did you have a full service before the update? If so, you may need support from the manufacturer's or operating system developer's website.
