Coming back

I left smarty over a week ago because my company wanted me to go on their contract with o2, but the coverage is awful, I still have my smarty sim but they havnt replied when I asked them the same question: how do I come back? And can I keep the old sim ? Can it be reactivated to save time waiting for a new one ( want to keep my old number) 

or do I need to wait for my company to get me a fresh PAC code?

@ChrisCa_2404876  If you ported your number to O2, then you will need a fresh Smarty sim and then port it back again.

(When you ported your number out via a PAC, then this would have deactivated your old sim)
