Switch from Giffga to Lebara to Smarty hoping that I can get calls while I am at home, but so disappointing, anyone can suggest a reliable SIM card provider? Or it’s not exist in UK? And all these So call ‘support or contact us” on their website are just some pre made QnA that is not related to what u asked for, And if I cannot recieve any call from your SIM card why you have to send verify code to my phone massager instead of email? I don’t think you hv no brain it’s just your trick to blocking all complaints.

@RayWang_3086018 Here's the thing - Giffgaff runs on O2 network, Lebara runs on Vodafone network, Smarty runs on 3 network.

If none of the above work for you, then you could try EE or any network that runs on it. No guarantees that it would work as you may live in an area with poor signal generally.

Support - although your query is initially answered by a chatbot, you can chat with an agent on Smarty.

Finally, you are not writing to Smarty - you are writing to other customers like you who are trying to help if possible.

Being rude will get you absolutely nowhere. Much easier to politely ask a question. What would be the point of a network trying to 'block' all companies? It would just generate even more!

Hi @RayWang_3086018
Are you saying you can't make/recieve any calls?
Can you still text and use your data?
What phone do you have?
Even though your handset says you have '4G' connection this only means that it has the ability to use the '4th Generation' call network. You need to be able to connect to VoLTE (Voice over LTE) as this is the actual type of network the signals run on.
Do you have VoLTE enabled on your phone?
If you have moved from network to network trying to fix this, it suggests the problem is with your phone and NOT with the suppliers as they all connect on VoLTE!
Unless we know what phone you have then no one can help.
