You will need to contact Smarty via webchat, as this is the Smarty community forum, populated by Smarty customers, so of course we don’t have acres to other customer’s accounts and orders.

@JohnGou_3302311 Depends what you mean exactly.
If you have not paid any money, but just ordered a sim - don't activate the sim and there will be no cost.
If you have paid and are within the 14 day cooling off period, then web chat with smarty Support to explain that you want to cancel. Have you even tried that?

@Andleeb_3127612 You cannot do that here because we are Community Forum members and not Smarty staff.
If it is just a sim that you ordered - no money paid - then simply do not try to activate it.
If you have paid money but changed your mind, a web chat with Smarty Support will allow you to get a refund within 14 days.

If you web chat with Smarty Support team, they should be able to access your account and hopefully help you.
