Cancel SMARTY & Porting of old number
Dear Smarty,
my worst fears about moving from my existing network provider to smarty have been confirmed. The lack of efficient communication using your chat services is now causing anxiety and frustration. I started my activation nd porting this morning. I now wish to cancel my switch to Smarty, please can someone advise how to stop the process.
