Yes @AndrewSm_309169, the Canary Islands are part of Spain and therefore part of the EU.
Your plan's allowances can be used roaming in the Canary Islands, subject to a limit of 12GB/month for roaming mobile data.
If you need more mobile data (while roaming), you'll need to buy an add-on for your plan.

This website shows that the canaries are under Spanish Authority, but are treated as an autonomous province: https://www.spain-grancanaria.com/en/discover/facts/government.html
This confirms that they will be treated as part of Spain for most purposes e.g. mobile roaming
