Can’t send sms text

Some sms I send are not being sent. Then I get text message from Smarty saying unable to connect you to this service.  what service? I’m just trying to send a message to a mobile phone starting 07

    So sorry. Just noticed my reply to your last message didn’t send. 
    thank you for your help. 
    couldn’t actually find how to contact Smarty. All roads lead to this users forum🤷🏻‍♂️

    Anyway, thanks again.

        RobinCa_2289654  When you say "you", I am a volunteer forum member just like you and don't work for Smarty.

        Have you tried sending the text without the +44? If it still fails, perhaps remove the contact from your phone list and then reinstall afresh as a 07 number and try again.

        If that also fails, worth a web chat with Smarty support.
