Can I start a new plan early?
Can I start a new plan early if I run out of data or such like instead of buying add-ons etc..?

1, 2, or 3gb will last me hours. I've got 2weeks to go til my next top up, what am I meant to do all that time??? Seems abit mean. EE let's you cancel your pack n start the new 1 early. I've left them because they are twice the price with same level of service.
Pinkamena_pie This may seem a dumb question, but if you know that you are a heavy data user, why did you not buy an unlimited plan at the outset?

Why not buy an unlimited data pass?
