Awful customer service

What a joke smarty have become. 
Mon a chat for 1hr and 15 mins and now the advisor is ignoring each and every request for a response. 
just embarrassing.

100% agree with@MichaelB_292207 . 

I have recently transferred to Smarty Mobile and have a split port issue (diagnosed by my old provider PlusNet not Smartly).   Both SIM cards partially working.   Smarty response has been pretty poor and lacking in knowledge and confidence.  Smarty thought it was a problem with my voice mail! 

I got a lot more out of a 2 min conversation with PlusNet than the hours I've spent on the online chat with Smarty.

I am regretting my decision to switch and am seriously thinking of going back.
