Auto renew
I've just joined smarty and paid by debit card. I signed for anti renew but haven't completed any direct debits or had any payment details from smarty. How does the auto renew work?
Auto-renew uses your debit card details to purchase a plan each month, Michael_1732.
SMARTY don't credit check their customers, nor can you pay for a SMARTY plan by direct debit.
Michael_1732 To add to what Chalkychap says, you will see auto-renew ticked in your account dashboard and this can be turned off - especially if you want to change the next plan (or even take a break for some reason).
