I have had an email asking me to log into my dashboard and update my information as my payment details are going to expire?? When I looked it shows its on auto renew which it has been since 2022. Will my service stop or carry on? Its not clear.

Assuming the email is legitimately from Smarty and not a scam (log in direct to your Smarty dashboard rather than clicking any links in the email, just to be safe) it sounds like it's telling you your registered payment card will expire soon (all credit/debit cards have an expiry date). If that is indeed the case, simply update the payment details in your Smarty dashboard with the details of the new card once you've received it from your bank.

@JohnWil_1664617 Since credit/debit cards are renewed every few years - this means a different expiry date - this does sound reasonable. Its is important to log in as @SmartyTrousers advises.
