Hi ,me renew plan ,but cant top ap till old plan not finish

Audrius_2220435 You should be able to add credit to your account via your dashboard if you need it for items not covered by theSmarty plan e.g. international calls.
If you are having an account problem, you need to web chat with Support Team as they can access your account but we forum members cannot do that.
