Hi all I’m about to buy the new Apple Watch Series 10 GPS Edition for the first time does it work with Smarty so when I pair it to my iPhone 14 Pro Max will I receive my calls and texts.

With the GPS edition you will receive your calls and texts on Smarty, as long as you also have your iPhone with you.
If you are wanting to receive your calls and texts even when you don't have your iPhone with you, you'll need the cellular edition of the watch, and would need to be on one of the big 4 networks - EE, Vodafone, O2 or 3.

@H2DxReturns It's as @SmartyTrousers says. All Apple Watches work when near(ish) to the phone they are paired to. You get notifications, email, calls etc.
If you want to go without your phone, you need the cellular version of the watch . Currently, you would need one of the main networks as they support the watch - https://www.apple.com/uk/watch/cellular/
