Is there a way to add a new sim to an existing account? I tried creating a group but to add it says sim has to be activated first but to do that you need a new email address?

A new SIM within a group can be set up on the group "owners" email address if you want/need this. You're also able to decide if you (as group owner) pay all the lan fees, or attribute the plan fees to each phone or phone user). If set up on separate emails each plan in a group can be set up to pay the plan fees separately.
