I have discovered that the problem is related to the mobile sim or Smarty network as I came to Brazil and got a sim card here and it works fine in 4g and 5g.
@Leonard_1517207 In the UK, did you do a Coverage check and also a Network Status check? Possibly your area did not have a good signal or there was work on a local mast.
