Voicemail notification texts

I was with EE, when I received a voicemail, I would receive a text with the callers number.

The text would show the name of the caller if they were in my contact list.

Smarty just send a text with Smarty's voicemail number.

Please could Smarty change the notification text to show the callers number.

I know the voicemail headers include the number but this does not really help me identify the caller (or tap #).

    MSF Yes, but only if you are in network coverage.

    If your phone does not ring (i.e. caller goes direct to voicemail) you only get the 'you have a voicemail' text

    Not what I asked, Smarty send the text with their VM number, not the callers.

    The only option Smarty give in the notifications, is on or off (not what you receive)

    Okay TomKNRead, just call the SMARTY voicemail service on 123 (from your SMARTY SIM), then listen to the voicemail assistant for options to enable SMS alerts, for new voicemail messages.

    Sorry TomKNRead, overlooked your idea about showing the caller's number in the voicemail SMS alert. 
    I'm sure this used to be included, before Three UK upgraded the voicemail service, which happened within  last 12-months.
