Making social traff available to state pensions and All so pay as you go social traff
I think it would be good if people state pension got social tariff as well. Would be good if you could top up using top up card voucher for social tariff as not everyone has a credit card or debit card

AndrewM_3469578 The Social Tariff was designed for those on limited means - as evidenced by being in receipt of certain benefits.
Those on state pension may well receive other income from private or occupational pensions etc and so would not be eligible. If they receive nothing else, there's a chance the they could get the relevant benefits and hence be eligible for the Social Tariff.
