John25 This idea thread started at the end of March 2024 and has been marked by Smarty as 'investigating'. Nearly six months later nothing has happened - doesn't look like a priority to them, does it?
Interestingly, the texts I get from NHS are marked as 'do not reply' and give a phone number to call for queries and cancellations.
