Can I as a customer have unlimited data for 16 pounds?
Here they're offering unlimited data for 16 pounds: https://smarty.co.uk/plans/unlimited?vc=15Mth16UnlJun24Aff
But as soon as I click it, it goes to my account and it tells me I have to pay 20? I think this is because I'm already a Smarty customer, and it looks like this offer is for non-customers then. Why can't I have the discount? It makes no sense treating customers worse than non-customers.

They will as long as it's still being offered

Unitysounduk I wonder whether they will honour a deal that is offered via a third party?

Unitysounduk The original post was in August 2024 but it looks like the quoted link referred to June 2024 - perhaps that was why it was no longer valid?
By clicking on it today, it goes to a £16 offer.
As you say though, by contacting Smarty Support it is usually possible to change to any currently offered plan on special.
