Wrong number given when making calls

Let me make an educated guess though.

You ported your number over from your previous network, but your phone still shows the number that was allocated to the sim when you activated it.

Firstly check your account dashboard to see that it shows your ported number.

Assuming that it's correct there, you need to change the number in your Settings on the phone.

iPhone - turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then turn back on again after a minute or two - also change number manually in Settings if necessary.

Not socsure about Android - web chat with Smarty Support if necessary (I think it may involve a network reset as last resort).
