withdrawal from closed account
Hi Can anyone help,
I closed my account last month (May 2026) noticed I've been charged for an extra month and been refunded (Good will credit) I need to withdraw the cash not sure how to do this , appreciate any help/ guidence

MartinKe_478988 If you were charged , that’s because you didn’t cancel the auto renewal in your account dashboard probably.
You need to web chat with Smarty Support to ask them to credit to your bank rather than to the account itself. They may do this, but are not obliged to do so if you left the auto renewal on.
