Anyone know if the 60Gb for £10 offer from a couple of years ago has an expiry time?Cheers! 🍷🙂

Customer support just applied the Uswitch Smarty offer of 100Gb for £10 on both my SIMs. This reduces to £9 each per month due to the 10% off Smarty group discount. Couldn't be happier. I'll get another two SIMs from Uswitch so the entire family will get the 10% off over the next couple of days.

paddywvw Now that's odd! If I look on my Account Dashboard then under Usage it shows what I have used (obviously!) and then the reset date for the plan, the exact nature of the plan and finally a line with "SPECIAL OFFER", 17 months remaining. (Yes, they are usually 15 months, but we had a notification a short while ago that our plan was being extended for another 18 months - hooray!)If you are not seeing that, you need to web chat with Smarty Support team if you were expecting the offer to apply for some time.

Hi all promotions are for 15 months from when you started it There's a new offer £10 for 80gb you should do webchat and get them to move you to that plan then you will get another 15 months Hope this helps

Just browsing back through photos on the phone and found a screenshot of the 60GB for £10 advertised that I signed up to and am still on.
