WhatsApp business not registering with Smarty

Hello,

I have now tried WhatsApp business on both Android and iOS. Each time I had Smarty sim with data plan, sms plan etc .. 

it looks like Smarty is blocking whatsapp/meta messages ?

Wondering if anyone faced this problem.
