Voicemail not recording messages
I have had messages left on my voicemail and I get notification. However when I go to voicemail I'm told no I have new messages! I have tested this by calling my phone via another phone and leaving message. Again notification but no message. Anyone had this?

Contact Smarty support. Go to The Contact Us Web Page Scroll down and under 'How To Get More Help' click on the 'Start A Webchat' Button and between 8 AM and 8 PM this initiates a webchat session with a Smarty support agent.
