Voicemail first time set up "Pin not available"
When I try to set the PIN to set up my voicemail for the first time I keep getting the message 'that PIN is unavailable' and I've tried literally dozens of even lengthy Pins. Any ideas or is there a bug?

I had the same problem. Eventually discovered that you have to put # at the end of your new PIN and it works! The instructions didn't draw attention to the need for a hash!

Having the same problem have given up. The service advertised is not what you get. Oh well plenty of other mobile providers

Sorted. I was trying to set up by calling back the 07 number the message comes through on. You have to go in via 123 for the first time it seems. That then worked.
Setting up is easy, the recording will take you through each step:
Dial 123 from your SMARTY SIM
Choose a PIN
Select # and confirm.
Record your name

when I ring 123 from my phone it tells me to ring 123 from my SIM???? I **bleep** am ringing from my SIM please someone tell me how to fix this literally loosing the will to live here

Kathleen_512611 I think it may need a web chat with Smarty Support for them to reset your system.
