Very poor data speed

Sadly I think I’ve had enough of very poor data speeds with Smarty in my router , I had a week in Canterbury and now in Wyboston near St Neots and in both places I’ve been lucky to get 2mbps down load speed which is very frustrating. I’ve been with Smarty for several years but it seem to have got worse lately.
