Verification code from bank

Verification codes from banks when shopping have not come through. Why?

    AlexH  Are you roaming in the EU by any chance?

    Google verification codes normally do come through on Smarty when in the UK, that is why I ask.

    As for banks, I agree with JJP2 that some may be using short code and that could be a problem with smarty as they don't support it.

      Nope... just sitting on my hind end in my flat, using my phone the way I've always used it, just with a Smarty SIM instead of my last provider's, who I'm about to go running back to with my tail between my legs. They might not give me a BAJILLION GIG a month to stream cr4p, but they let me access my BANK ACCOUNT securely.
