Hi I'm in canary island, set my phone up with access point but still can't make calls, what am I doing wrong
LisaSli_1475007 If you change your network settings on the phone from automatic to manual, then you should see the networks that are available in the area and can try each one in turn.
I assume you changed the APN to mob.asm.net as advised in Smarty help articles.
Hi, yes changed as smarty says, tried other networks still no joy
PaulaMi_2530406 Yes, you can use your Smarty plan for EU Roaming up to 60 days - calls, texts and up to 12Gb data.
Make sure to change the APN on your device to mob.asm.net - see help documents from Smarty.
