Used STAC instead of PAC - how do I restore old number
Hello,
i have accidentally used STAC when carrying my old number to SMARTY. I received communication that my old number got cancelled today. How can I restore it?

Talk to your old service provider, who issued the STAC, as soon as possible Mustafa_2340677.
Service providers should be following the EECC guidelines which OFCOM regulate in the UK, which reportedly make it possible to get your number back within 60-days of being disconnected.
Mustafa_2340677 Not sure if you can. You will at the very least need to speak to the network who issued the STAC.
