Unable to send texts to numbers ie Doctors

JohnMck_1037128 This issue comes up frequently. Smarty does not support the Short Code SMS system. You can only send texts to standard UK mobile numbers and not those 5 or 6 digit numbers.

Nothing you can do at present. If it is vitally important to you, you will unfortunately need another network.
