Unable to send text messages

    jhy2025 Thanks for further explanation - I was just exploring possibilities.

    I wonder if there is an issue with the port process. You will need to have a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can investigate for you.

MSF Yes I have recently moved to Smarty in March. I have turn off both iMessage and FaceTime, the phone number displayed under Mobile Service > My Number is the right number. 

Calls and data are working correctly. Text messages just couldn't be sent out, I get the "Not Delivered" error. I don't think it has to do with local mast issue as I have been travelling around London and Essex and having the same issue.
