Unable to make calls in Spain
Hi Both myself and partner on Smarty have not been able to make calls to UK landlines, or mobiles We can receive and make local calls in Spain I can receive and make texts from and to UK mobiles ...
Bit late with the reply but for future reference the solution to the issue on my partner's Samsung phone was.
Click Phone Icon
Click 3dots and select settings
Select other call settings
Make sure Roaming Assistance is on
