Unable to make calls in Spain
Hi
Both myself and partner on Smarty have not been able to make calls to UK landlines, or mobiles
We can receive and make local calls in Spain
I can receive and make texts from and to UK mobiles and I have access to data.
When I try to make a call to UK or UK mobile from phone or via wifi calling I get a message saying sorry you have not been given access to this service.
We can only make calls via WhatsApp
Why is this how can it be fixed we have selected networks manually no success and checked APN that's fine!!!!
We have a sick Father at home and cannot contact family

Bit late with the reply but for future reference the solution to the issue on my partner's Samsung phone was.
Click Phone Icon
Click 3dots and select settings
Select other call settings
Make sure Roaming Assistance is on

LisaFar_1565361 Seems odd that texts work but calls don't.
Wifi calling - could it be that the network you are using in Spain does not support wifi calling? Can you get a mobile signal anywhere and then make calls normally?
