Unable to connect to Three since plan renewed on Wednesday night

    Having exactly the same problem. Everything was fine until my plan renewed. Now I'm unable to use data, make calls or text. My wife is also on Smarty (her plan hasn't renewed yet) and she has no problems at all!

      Simon2238180  Is the plan showing as active on your a/c dashboard?

      Have you contacted Support Team as suggested?

        Yes and yes. Seems to be fixed now

    JohnFloo_973086 Don't you normally connect to Smarty, rather than Three itself?
