Two factor Authenticator not getting codes
A new Smarty user here.
I do not appear to be getting the two factor authentication code for websites.
Why not?
As I need these for shopping and banking I am not impressed with my move to the Smarty Sim at the moment.
Please can anyone help?

Are these 2FA codes being sent by companies that use SMS short code numbers to do so?
If yes, then you will be charged for it and you need to pay for and out-of-plan add-on to be able to pay for them to be delivered to you.
