Transferring credit

Hi

I bought a SIM yesterday and it is still being sent to my address, I also haven’t got a number yet as it says it’s still being processed.

If I have an empty SIM now, can I transfer my data and credit to this empty SIM so that I can use it right away?

    VictorP_2723038 In short, no. When you activate a sim, it is allocated a mobile number that will show on your account dashboard.

    If you start with another sim, you will need to pay for another plan and either start a new account or else form a group and add it as a nickname sim.

      Thank you for your prompt response.

      I placed the order yesterday afternoon, it still says number available. Do you know when it will arrive, is there a way I can track it?

        VictorP_2723038 It's going to be down to the vagaries of Royal Mail. Could be very quick, or on the other hand...............
