Anyone know how long number transfer takes? It’s been 2 days and still no transfer

Hello Roxanne_1900163 When you completed the request, you should have been given a date for the transfer - normally anytime up to 5pm on that day.
As Chalkychap says, you don't count Bank holidays or weekends. If you ordered it yesterday morning (Tuesday 09), it should complete by today (Wednesday 10) at 5pm - unless you were informed otherwise.
Keep checking your dashboard as this should let you know what your number is i.e. when your old number has ported over.
Ahh ok thank you. I done this around 3pm Monday, which was a bank holiday
If SMARTY stick to their published timescales for number transfers, the number you wanted to keep should start working with your SMARTY SIM card by 5pm today.

Usually it's the next working day, if the PAC is submitted before 5pm.
After 5pm will delay the transfer by an additional working day Roxanne_1900163.Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.
