Transfer
I have activated my SIM and been notified that the transfer of my old number is expected tomorrow 11th June. However I have no signal now on the interim number I received from Smarty. This number worked at first. On the app it says 'Your number transfer is in progress.' Does this mean it is happening a day early and that is why I have no signal please?

Nottheusual Short answer - dunno! I think you will need to web chat with Support Team so that they can look at your account as this seems a bit strange.
