Taking a simm off my account
Hi please take the simm off my account 07462657897 please as it was my sons number and it’s not worked for months . He’s got another else where now. But please keep other 2 numbers on just take this one off my account please asap . Not keep paying for a simm that’s not worked for months now . Thanks please reply as I’ve never received a reply

Michell_1374786 It is as SmartyTrousers says, we are members just like you and so do not administer the accounts.

If you don't want to keep paying for one of your SIMs, just log into your account dashboard and turn off auto renew for that SIM.
