Hello PaulBrad_455964. As forum members, we don't have access to that kind of info. However, there have been a number of posts recently about delayed ports and so perhaps there is an issue - smarty over-run with new customers??
If they originally quoted you a date for the port and have not completed by then, you may be entitled to compensation. You will need to take this up with Support Team via web chat .
