Smarty is a scam
Smarty is a scam, they take money from you for a SIM that they don't send and refuse to refund the money.

So, you are suggesting that Smarty is carrying out an illegal act then? In that case, how come they have not been investigated by the police and still seem to have loads of happy customers?
Does it occur to you that, once they send the sim, it is in the hands of postal services - ending up with Royal Mail no doubt?
Have you asked Smarty to send another?
Please think carefully before making wild accusations.

You will pay for the '1st' month up-front and then the next payment won't be taken until 1 month after connection.
How long has ot been since you ordered the SIM? It can generally take up to 48hrs to receive it (dependant on Royal Mail).
