SMARTY COMPATIBILITY WITH THE SAMSUNG S21+Uitra phone phone

Just got a samsung s21+uitra phone but when I put sim in it does not see any networks it also doesn't give you the option of lte/3g/2g you just either select 2g,  3g, or 4g. Phone appears unlocked and sim works in another phone network coverage is good
